Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Feb. 16: Tony Rodriguez, 43, of Roosevelt, charged on Jackson Avenue and Sunrise Highway in Seaford.
- Feb. 16: Johan Perez, 22, of Lawrence, charged on southbound Peninsula Boulevard in Valley Stream.
- Feb. 16: Bryan A. Wetherall, 43, of Middle Village, charged on E. Broadway and Main Street in Roslyn.
- Feb. 17: Roque Yrala, 57, of Woodside, charged on Shelter Rock Road in North Hills.
- Feb. 18: Ariana Beague, 24, of Westbury, charged on School Street in Westbury.
- Feb. 19: Calvin L. Richardson, 39, of Valley Stream, charged on Broadway in Hewlett.
- Feb. 22: Cruz Hernandez Y Hernandez, 27, of Freeport, charged on Avenue B and Nassau Road in Uniondale.
