Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Dec. 22: Joseph S. Grushack, 35, of Lake Hiawatha, charged on Merrick Road and Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
- Dec. 22: Amit K. Sharma, 40, of Long Beach, charged on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
- Dec. 22: Cindy Matias, 25, of Hempstead, charged on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.
- Dec. 22: James K. Grados, 25, of West Hempstead, charged on Austin Boulevard and Trafalgar Boulevard in North Long Beach.
- Dec. 22: Shivesh P. Patel, 18, of Albertson, charged on Merchants Concourse in Westbury.
- Dec. 22: Kevin S. McKinley, 22, of Mount Vernon, charged on I-495 exit 39 in Westbury.
- Dec. 23: Kevin E. Martinez, 23, of Inwood, charged on Lawrence Avenue and Central Avenue in Lawrence.
- Dec. 24: Jamal H. Johnson, 35, of Freeport, charged on Brookside Avenue and W. Greenwich Avenue in Roosevelt.
