Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Sept. 28: Kevin E. Sanchez, 35, of Freeport, charged on Oceanside Parkway and Brower Avenue in Oceanside.
- Sept. 28: Alejandro A. Traconis-Manzano, 23, of Freeport, charged on Merrick Road in Oceanside.
- Sept. 29: Mark A. McNamara, 49, of Croton on Hudson, charged on Roslyn Road and Northern State Parkway in Roslyn Heights.
- Sept. 29: Ebber G. Espana, 28, of Port Washington, charged on Bayview Avenue and Wedgewood Court in Manhasset.
- Sept. 29: Nikolaos P. Kapsalis, 30, of East Rockaway, charged on Harbor Park Drive S. and West Shore Road in Flower Hill.
- Sept. 29: Roland A. Emmanuel, 41, of Far Rockaway, charged on Stewart Avenue in East Garden CIty.
- Oct. 1: Luis Santos, 35, of Island Park, charged on Long Beach Road in Oceanside.
- Oct. 1: Leonel D. Guevara, 28, of Hicksville, charged on Jerusalem Avenue and Meridian Avenue in Levittown.
