North Hempstead Officials Sworn In At Inauguration Ceremony

Town of North Hempstead officials were sworn into office this week at Clinton G. Martin Park.

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Jennifer DeSena was sworn in for her first term as North Hempstead Town Supervisor this week at an inaugural ceremony at Clinton G. Martin Park.

This is the Republican's first time running and winning elected office.

Town Clerk Ragini Srivastava, along with Council Members Robert Troiano, Jr. (District 1), Dennis J. Walsh (District 3), and David A. Adhami (District 5), also took their oath of office at the ceremony.

This is Srivastava's first four-year term.

Troiano, who first served as a councilmember to the Town Board from 2004 to 2010, will be returning to this role. Councilmembers Walsh and Adhami will be serving their first four-year term.
