Port Washington Police welcomed new recruits and officers to the district last week.
On Feb. 6, two recruits and one officer were sworn in. And on Feb. 8, two recruits were also sworn in.
Police Recruits Kyle Lewis, Jordan Sichel, Thomas Longworth, and Alanna Hellman started their training at the Nassau County Police Academy on Feb. 9.

Police Officer John Steadman also started on Feb 9. He is currently assigned to field training at PWPD.
