PORT WASHINGTON, NY — The MTA announced that Monday's 4:40 p.m. LIRR train from Penn Station to Port Washington is being "held" at Penn due to an issue with a passenger.

Police are responding to a "disruptive passenger," the MTA said, and the train, due in Port at 5:21, will be delayed. No further details were immediately available.
