Port Washington Gym Will Open To The Public For Free Community Day
F45 opened in July 2022, and residents are invited to try to the high-intensity group workouts for free later this month, the business said.

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Port Washington residents interested in checking out a new gym in the area won't have cost as an excuse this month. F45, which opened a Port Washington franchise location in July 22, will host a free community day on Sunday, Jan. 22, the gym's manager told Patch.
F45 is a high-intensity group workout class for those 16 and older, Jessica Donohue explained.
The gym offers alternating cardio, strength and combination classes during the week: Mondays and Wednesdays are for cardio, she said, and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays the classes focus on weightlifting and strength. Friday and Saturday classes offer a combination of both.
