The Music and Performing Arts Committee of UUCSR proudly announces the availability of scholarship(s) in the amount of $1500 for high school seniors graduating from a high school in Nassau County. Music students are encouraged to apply through their music teacher. Recipient(s) are chosen by members of the Nassau Music Educators Association.

The Edward Miller Memorial Music Scholarship was founded by the Music Committee of UUCSR in September 2004 to honor the congregation's former Music Director who was also a music teacher at East Rockaway High School. The scholarship is funded in entirety by donations from UUCSR members and friends.
