On Wednesday, supporters urged the to lift a ban that restricts customers . The village will announce its decision on Thursday.
The Dolphin's attorney said that customers, when told they could not take what they bought out of the store, offered reactions that “ranged from mild annoyance to utter disbelief.”
The Dolphin also worries that the ban makes it tough for the cafe to be competitive in tough economy.
