Trio Speed Off In BMW SUV And Range Rover Stolen From LI Home's Driveway: Police
The suspects drove up to the home in a gray SUV, and two got out and swiped the vehicles, Nassau police sayd.
MUNSEY PARK, NY — A pack of car thieves made off with a BMW SUV and a Range Rover from the driveway of a home in Munsey Park on Wednesday, Nassau police said.
Three suspects drove up to a home on Vanderlyn Drive in a gray SUV, and two passengers got out and went inside an unlocked 2023 blue BMW X7 and an unlocked 2025 green Range Rover at around 7 a.m., according to police.
Both cars were parked in the driveway with the keys inside the vehicle, police said, adding that all three suspects fled the scene in all three vehicles and headed eastbound towards Bartlett Drive.

All three suspects were wearing black hooded sweatshirts, police said.
The crime is being investigated as grand larceny, a felony, by 6th Squad detectives in Manhasset, and the probe is ongoing, according to police.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the crime to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS, a confidential police hotline, or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous, police said.
