22-Year-Old Shot In Broad Daylight On Crown Heights Street: Cops

The 22-year-old is at the hospital after getting shot multiple times near Rogers Avenue and Montgomery Street, police said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A 22-year-old was shot several times when someone opened fire on a Crown Heights street corner late last month, according to police.

Police released video this week of the moment a suspect walking near Rogers Avenue and Montgomery Street took out a gun at 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 27 and began to open fire into the street, according to police.

The bullets hit a 22-year-old man multiple times, police said. He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

The shooter is being sought on assault charges, police said.
