Flatbush Avenue Crash Sends 3 To Hospital, FDNY Says

BROOKLYN, NY — Three people were sent to the hospital and a store had its windows smashed in after a crash on Flatbush Avenue early Thursday morning, according to FDNY and video.

The crash, which unfolded just before 3 a.m., landed one car on the sidewalk near Flatbush Avenue and Midwood Street, according to FDNY and video.

"It was loud as hell last night and woke me up," neighbor Seth Mellin said on a Facebook.

Near the first car, the windows of a store called "Pumpkin" were left smashed from the collision, photos show.

Another car appeared to land on the sidewalk down the block near HK Fruit Market, video shows.

Three people were sent to Kings County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to FDNY.
