Proceeds from the evening benefit the Kate McGarrigle Foundation. Not to be missed! Show will take place at BAM on Wednesday, June 26, at 7:30 p.m. $45 and up, includes double CD.
2. Circulate at LaunchPad. This month's "The 'Don't Be Like Roy' Campaign" features a potluck dinner starting at 7:30, followed by a screening of Andrew Landauro's phantasmagorical feature, "Circuit." The night will end with free karaoke and (hopefully) a dance party. 721 Franklin Ave. $5 suggested donation.
3. Listen up at Littlefield. The 5th Annual "Show & Prove" competition for upcoming artists to appear as the opening act(s) at the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival will take place tonight at Littlefield NYC, featuring music collective Boom Bits, Bronx native Rio Azul, Queens duo Undeniable, and Chicago native Chi City. Say you saw them back when. 8 p.m.$8.
