PROSPECT PARK, BROOKLYN — The world's second-largest community of Caribbean-Americans — and their neighbors — will have no shortage of ways to celebrate Caribbean-American Heritage Month this month.

Prospect Park and Caribbean organizations in Brooklyn have put together a line up of film, live music, dance, wellness and more to celebrate the heritage month, which begins June 1.

All participating artists in the events have roots in Little Caribbean NYC, known as the "largest and most diverse Caribbean-American-LatinX community outside of the West Indies." They each hail from Trinidad, Jamaica, Haiti and elsewhere.
