Crown Heights Man Put Cellphone Camera Under Teens' Skirts At Belmont Stakes: Police
BREAKING: An NYPD detective saw the man put his cellphone under the skirts of two 19-year-old women Saturday, police say.

ELMONT, NY – A 28-year-old Crown Heights man was arrested after he put his cellphone camera under the skirts of two 19-year-old women at Belmont Park Saturday evening, Nassau Police said.
Samuel Jackson is charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance. According to police, at 6:40 p.m., right around the time of the 149th running of the Belmont Stakes, an on-duty NYPD detective saw Jackson stand stand directly behind two women and place his cellphone camera lens underneath the skirt of one of the women.
Jackson then positioned himself behind the other woman and placed the cellphone camera underneath her skirt, police said. The women were unaware of his Jackson's actions, police said.

Jackson will be arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead.
