Fire Burns At Brooklyn Hospital: FDNY
A fire burned for almost an hour at Brooklyn Hospital Wednesday night, the FDNY said.

PROSPECT HEIGHTS, NY — A blaze burned for nearly an hour Wednesday evening at Brooklyn Hospital, according to the FDNY.
The fire started about 7:40 p.m. in the hospital's basement boiler room and burned through about 8:30 p.m., authorities said.
Two people were affected by the fire but refused medical attention, firefighters said.

FDNY continued to investigate the cause of the fire Thursday.
Photos posted to social media show a huge response Wednesday, with fire trucks lining the street outside and a ladder on the hospital.
