Gang Leader Charged In 2015 Hookah Lounge Slaying
Crips gang leader Larry Pagett shot a rival gang member at the Buda Hookah Lounge in PLG two years ago, authorities said.
PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — A Crips gang leader was charged in connection with a 2015 killing at a hookah lounge in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, authorities said.
Larry Pagett, 37, was charged with murder in-aid-of racketeering for allegedly killing a rival gang member at the Buda Hookah Lounge on Flatbush Avenue, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
Pagett, known as "Biz," "Biz Loc" and "Molotovbizzz," walked up to Chrispine "Droppa" Philip on the night of August 18 and shot him "several times" in the back of the head, according to authorities.

Three other people were wounded in the shooting that night.
"As alleged, the defendant, a leader of the Eight Trey Crips, brazenly shot and killed a rival gang member in a Brooklyn bar crowded with patrons," stated Acting U.S. Attorney Bridget M. Rohde said in a press release.
