Gun-Wielding Duo Steals $2K From Crown Heights Shop: Cops
The pair punched a cashier, took his cell phone and wallet and grabbed $2,000 from the Nostrand Avenue store's register, police said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A duo stole $2,000 from a Crown Heights shop during an armed robbery last week, according to police.
The pair held up the 679 Nostrand Ave. shop just after 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 20, pointing a gun at a 24-year-old cashier while they threatened him, police said.
The men then punched the cashier in the face and grabbed his cellphone and wallet, police said. They took about $2,000 in cash from behind the counter before fleeing on Park Place, police said.

The cashier was left with minor injuries, according to police.
Police said one of the suspects was last seen wearing a while hooded jacket, baseball hat, black mask and black gloves. The second was last seen wearing a black jacket with a black fur trimmed hood, baseball hat, blue surgical mask and black gloves.
