BROOKLYN, NY — Two men in Brooklyn were tied up and robbed of $200,000 at gunpoint in a home invasion earlier this week, according to police.

The 41-year-old and 32-year-old man were in their apartment near East 21st Street and Church Avenue in Flatbush just before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday when two men with guns walked into the home, according to police.

Soon, two more men came in and started taking money, while the men with guns ordered the victims to open two safes in the apartment, according to police.

The group of thieves tied up their victims with tape before leaving with around $200,000, police said.

They were last seen fleeing north on East 21st Street, police said. The two victims were not hurt in the robbery, police said.
