NYPD Arrests Patriotic Subway Masturbator (UPDATE)

UPDATE, Wednesday: Michael Pope, 19, has been arrested and charged with public lewdness, according to the NYPD. Much like Brooklyn’s A Train subway slasher, Brooklyn’s 2 Train subway masturbator turned himself over to police Tuesday night, the New York Post reports. Pope has reportedly been arrested two other times this winter: once on Nov. 13 for alleged ”petit larceny” and again on Dec. 18 for alleged “criminal trespass.”

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A man with the words ”Team USA” tattooed onto his forehead is wanted by the NYPD for allegedly masturbating for more than 30 minutes while staring at a female passenger on the northbound 2 Train through Brooklyn.

The young woman snapped the above photo of the suspect, police said.

His masturbation sesh allegedly began as the 2 pulled out of the President Street subway station in Crown Heights around 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 27 — then continued for more than half an hour as the train headed through Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan.

“The male suspect had his hands down his pants and appeared to be manipulating his penis for more than 30 minutes while looking at a 29-year-old female victim,” the NYPD said in a statement.
