(Updated) Have You Seen Missing Crown Heights Senior Davie Priester?

Priester was last seen on Wednesday at a VA hospital in Fort Hamilton.

UPDATE: On Dec. 9, the NYPD announced that Priester had been located and is safe.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A missing Crown Heights senior was last seen on Thursday inside a VA hospital in Fort Hamilton, police said.

Davie Priester, pictured above, was seen on that day at 12:30 p.m. inside the VA hospital at 800 Poly Pl. according to the NYPD. Priseter lives at 1086 President St. in Crown Heights.

Detectives describe Davie as a black male standing five-feet-nine-inches tall and weighing 279 pounds. He has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a black jacket, white sneakers and blue jeans.

A law enforcement source told Patch that Davie suffers from dementia.
