CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — The suspect in a violent antisemitic attack in Crown Heights has been caught, according to police.

Eric Redding, 35, was arrested Wednesday in the beating, which unfolded near President Street and Utica Avenue in early May, police said.

Redding is accused of punching and kicking a 32-year-old man in broad daylight at the intersection while he hurled antisemitic insults at him, according to police.

The victim was sent to the hospital after the attack in stable condition.

Redding, who lives in Clinton Hill, faces assault, aggravated harassment, menacing and hate crime charges for the attack, police said.
