CROWN HEIGHTS, NY — A 24-year-old man from Brooklyn stands accused of killing a driver after two consecutive car crashes caused a medical episode, police said.

Elijah Lucaine, 24, of Queens, blew through a traffic stop near Eastern Parkway and Bergen Street on March 13, then traveled through Crown Heights and hit a car at Crown Street and Nostrand Avenue, police said.

The impact of the crash launched both drivers into an empty parked car, according to the NYPD.
