Man Dies After Being Hit By Drunk Driver In Crown Heights
He was hit earlier this month by a driver from Prospect Heights and died this week.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A man has died three weeks later he was hit by a drunk driver in Crown Heights, police said Friday.
The 58-year-old man was walking across Eastern Parkway along Troy Avenue on Sunday, Sept. 3 around 3:20 a.m. That's when he was hit by a Lexus sedan that was driving east along Eastern Parkway.
The pedestrian was taken to Kings County Hospital, and he succumbed to his injuries on Monday, according to police.

The 63-year-old driver, Paul Duran of Prospect Heights, was arrested for DWI on Monday, according to police. He was uninjured, but a 49-year-old woman in the passenger seat was cut in her face, police said.
The dead pedestrian has not been identified.
