Man Shot B44 Rider In The Butt In Brooklyn: NYPD
The 21-year-old is accused of shooting a stranger on a bus in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, according to police.

PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS, NY — A 21-year-old accused of shooting a B44 bus rider in March was arrested Tuesday, police said.
Juqual Freeman, 21, of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, is accused of shooting a stranger about 10:20 p.m. on March 14 near Empire Boulevard and Rogers Avenue, according to the NYPD.
Freeman hopped on the bus with a woman, flashed his gun and shot the man sitting in front of him in the butt, according to NYPD.

The man was taken to an area hospital and treated for his injuries, but police say Freeman was shooting to kill.
Freeman now faces attempted murder, weapons and assault charges.
