Man Shot Dead On Empire Boulevard In Brooklyn, Cops Say
The man was found shot in the head Monday morning near the Crown Heights border, police said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A man was fatally shot in broad daylight near the Crown Heights border on Monday, according to police.
Police found 45-year-old Ahmad Perkins shot in the head just before 11 a.m. in front of a building on Empire Boulevard between Kingston Avenue and Lamont Court, according to the NYPD.
Perkins, who was from Red Hook, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
