Man Shot By Stranger In Crown Heights: Cops

A man shot a stranger in the arm in Brooklyn Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

CROWN HEIGHTS, NY — A man shot a stranger in the arm in Crown Heights, police said.

A 47-year-old was shot about 12 p.m. Tuesday in front of 1425 Prospect Pl., according to NYPD.

He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition, but the shooter fled and there were no arrests Thursday, police said.

Police shared a photo of the suspected shooter Thursday seemingly running on the sidewalk in a lightly colored hoodie and sweats.
