BROOKLYN, NY — A 70-year-old man was robbed of $150 in Crown Heights last Sunday, the New York City Police Department said.

According to the NYPD, on Sunday at 5:40 a.m., the victim was approached by three unknown men in front of 615 Nostrand Ave. The three perpetrators punched the victim and forcibly removed the cash, before running away in an unknown direction, officials said.

Emergency responders rushed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition, police said.

The NYPD is searching for three suspects, and no arrests have been made yet, police said.

According to police, the first suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark-colored pants and white sneakers, the second suspect was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black vest, and the third suspect was last seen wearing a red and yellow baseball cap and black jacket with a white circle on the right arm.
