The two-person team behind Bottega, Syv de Blare and Nico Laonda, said they wanted to create a welcoming space for their community to gather, share and slow down. More than just a café, Bottega aims to be a modern social club, an inviting spot where people of all ages and backgrounds can drop in, connect and build community.
Bottega is an Italian, Caribbean, and woman-led café offering all the classic coffee shop favorites like lattes, teas, and matcha, plus a unique Brooklyn Special, featuring citrus soda topped with a shot of espresso.

For food, Bottega highlights a wide variety of sandwiches, all made with artisanal bread sourced from their sister restaurant, Maretta. Options include the Chicken Milanese, featuring chicken, broccoli rabe, provolone, and rémoulade. Another favorite is the Prosciutto & Mozzarella, made with Prosciutto di Parma, basil, homemade chips, mozzarella, and pesto, served on focaccia.
They also offer twists on breakfast staples like the Bacon, Egg & Cheese, served with homemade ketchup on a brioche bun. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a tempting selection of baked goods—from almond croissants and pistachio bombolones to classic cinnamon rolls.
The café is open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. To stay updated on their latest offerings, follow them on Instagram.
