Peeping Tom on Underhill
A 30-year-old woman was sitting on her couch in her Underhill Ave. apartment Monday night, Nov. 21, when she heard a noise. She went to her window she saw a man masturbating right outside. The man fled when he saw her. The incident took place in a building between St. Johns and Sterling places just before 8 p.m.

Gunpoint Robbery on Sterling Place

A 29-year-old man was walking on Sterling Place toward Vanderbilt Avenue when a man came up to him, showed him a handgun and said “Yo, yo, yo, give me the phone.” The man dropped his iPhone on the grand and the thug grabbed it and ran. The mugging happened Monday, Nov. 21, just after midnight.
Woman Fights Off Cell Phone Snatch
A 43-year-old woman was walking from the train station near the corner of Vanderbilt Avenue and Park Place when two men came up to her and tried to grab her cell phone. She resisted and the men fled without the phone. The thwarted mugging took place at about 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18.
Butler Place iPhone Snatch
Just five minutes later, a 33-year-old man was in the stairwell of a Butler Place apartment building when two teens came up to him, grabbed his iPhone and keys and fled. The theft took place at 6:35 p.m. on Friday Nov. 18.
