With the  on Washington and the Parkside on Flatbush, Prospect Heights' diner options have shrunk. Plus, , leaving the neighborhood favorite without the man that gave it its charm. But at least Washington Avenue still has  open, and we've also got the fairly new <a href="http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=2&amp;ved=0CCwQFjAB&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yelp.com%2Fbiz%2Fneptune-diner-ii-brooklyn&amp;ei=UGveTpjWJ-L50gHMub23Bw&amp;usg=AFQjCNGl2DzKyF-aKSwCAmPaHAkU54KKgw" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Neptune Diner</a> on Classon, the friendly  on Underhill and  on Vanderbilt.
