Shirtless Man Flees Cops In Brooklyn Hospital Getaway: NYPD
Akeem Williams ran from the emergency room in handcuffs and no shirt after complaining of chest pains when he was arrested, cops said.

Update: Akeem was found and taken back into police custody on Saturday, according to police. He was charged with escaping custody and reckless endangerment for the getaway, cops said.
BROOKLYN, NY — A robbery suspect is on the loose after running shirtless and handcuffed from officers at a hospital in Brooklyn, according to police.
Officers took Akeem Williams, 21, to the Brookdale Hospital emergency room on Wednesday morning after he complained of chest pains while in their custody, police said.

Williams had been arrested for robbery at 8:30 a.m. that morning in Brownsville's 73rd Precinct, police said.
While being treated in the emergency room, Williams maneuvered his arms, which were handcuffed behind his back, forward and fled the hospital, police said.

He was last seen on surveillance video running away with white pants, the handcuffs, no shoes and no shirt, according to police.
