CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A man has been charged with murder in the death of a 26-year-old who was found shot in Crown Heights last week, according to police.

Casey Bryan, 30, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the death of Kelvin Mussonguela, who was found shot on the corner of Utica Avenue and Sterling Place early last Sunday, police said.

Mussonguela lived less than a block from where he was killed, records show.

He was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital, police said.

According to the Daily News, police found Bryan after a license plate reader scanned his car. Sources told the News that Bryan believed Mussonguela had made advances toward his girlfriend, according to the outlet.
