Take Time This Weekend to Explore Some of Lefferts Gardens' Favorite Haunts
The PLG Fall Bar and Business Crawl will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 20.

LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — If you're looking for a chance to check out some of Lefferts Gardens' favorite businesses, you may want to clear time this weekend to stroll along the route of the PLG Fall Bar and Business Crawl.
The event, put on by the Parkside Empire — Flatbush Avenue Merchants Association, will officially run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 20., though many of the more than 20 participating local establishments will be hosting special events throughout the day (a complete list of participants is here).
The crawl is free to take part in, but those who purchase a $15 pass will be given access to special offers. For example:

- Drink PLG Wine & Spirits will also take 10 percent off the cost of any bottle bought by those with a pass, while Peels Pie Co. will be running a two-for-one drink special if you have a pass
Not all of the day's events involve food and drink. For example, Salem's Hour will host an acoustic music performance, while live music will also be performed at The Owl Music Parlor. You can also chat about political art at the helper gallery, or use your pass to schedule a free day of work at BKLYN Commons.
Proceeds from pass sales will be used to benefit the Flatbush Tenant Coalition, which works to promote tenant rights and secure needed repairs to neighborhood buildings.
