Teenager, Man Shot In Prospect Heights: NYPD

PROSPECT HEIGHTS, NY — A 14- and 26-year-old were shot in Prospect Heights Sunday, police said Tuesday.

A 14-year-old boy was shot in the hip and a 26-year-old man in the leg about 4:50 p.m. Sunday near Grand and Washington avenues, according to the NYPD.

Both were sent to an area hospital in stable condition — and the shooter fled, police said.

Police continued to search Tuesday but had made no arrests.
