CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Police have released video of the moment a Brooklyn mom was shot point-blank on a crowded street in Crown Heights earlier this week.

Delia Johnson, 42, was found lying unconscious with a gunshot wound to her leg and head on Franklin Avenue between Prospect and Park place just before 10 p.m. on Wednesday, police said. She was taken to Interfaith Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The video, released Friday, shows the shooter, a woman with long blonde hair, get out of a car and walk up to Johnson while she stands talking with a group near a Franklin Avenue stoop, according to the video. It is cut right as the woman raises a gun to Johnson's head.

Family believe the shooter had followed Johnson from a funeral in the neighborhood earlier that day, according to the Daily News.

“She was at a funeral earlier in the evening for an old neighborhood friend to pay her respects, and then this happened,” her brother, Mathis Johnson, told the outlet. “It was horrible. That lady executed my sister.”

Johnson, who lived just a few blocks from where she was killed, was described as a "beautiful person" and entrepreneur who worked hard to provide for her 17-year-old daughter, according to family. There were no arrests in the shooting as of Friday.

Police also released photos of the suspect.

She is described as being in her mid-20s with a heavy build, long blond hair and was last seen wearing black long sleeve shirt, black tights, silver belt, black and white sneakers and a white purse.
