BROOKLYN, NY — A woman was injured after being hit by a 2 train Sunday at the Borough Hall station, according to authorities.

The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m., according to police, who said a 54-year-old woman jumped in front of a northbound train and was struck, causing trauma to her leg. The woman was taken to Luthern Medical Center in stable condition, police said.

Service was disrupted on the 2, 3, 4, and 5 lines but had resumed by 2:15 p.m., according to MTA spokesperson Aaron Donovan.
