62-Year-Old Man Pushed To The Ground, Robbed In South Ozone Park: NYPD

Authorities are looking for the man who attacked and robbed a 62-year-old man near the Aqueduct-North Conduit Avenue station, police said.

QUEENS — A man pushed a 62-year-old to the ground and robbed his wallet Friday in South Ozone Park, police said.

Authorities are looking for the man who attacked and robbed a 62-year-old man near the Aqueduct-North Conduit Avenue station on July 7 about 3:20 p.m., the NYPD said

The 62-year-old exited the station and asked the man for directions on how to get to the entrance of Resorts World Casino, and the man directed him to the rear mezzanine area of the station and to take a bus, police said.

The 62-year-old walked to the area, and the man followed him, pushed him to the ground, and stole his wallet, which had $100 in cash, ID, and credit cards, authorities said.

The man fled towards Hawtree Street, and he is in his 20s with tattoos along his arms, the NYPD said.

He was last seen wearing a black du-rag, a light blue face mask, a black t-shirt, black sweat pants, blue socks, gray sneakers, a small black sling bag, and carrying a dark blue jacket, according to cops.
