Man Dies After Being Found Bleeding From Head On Queens E Train: NYPD
The straphanger was found unconscious on the floor of an E train car in Jamaica Tuesday evening, police said.
QUEENS, NY - A straphanger in Queens found unconscious on the floor and bleeding from his head on an E train car in Jamaica died at a nearby hospital Tuesday evening, authorities said.
The unconscious man was discovered by police on the Manhattan-bound train at the Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue subway station about 9:05 p.m., an NYPD spokesperson said.
Medics rushed him to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center for his injuries, but he couldn’t be saved.

A cause of death has yet to be determined. The investigation is ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.
