Boat Sets Fire In Queens Marina: FDNY
Smoke billowed from a marina in Queens Sunday afternoon when a small boat set ablaze.
ROCKAWAY BEACH, NY — A boat caught fire Sunday afternoon at a Rockaway Beach marina, miraculously causing no injuries, according to the FDNY.
The boat set fire about 2:50 p.m. Sunday at a marina near Beach 59th Street and Beach Channel Drive and took just over an hour to put out, according to the FDNY.
No one was injured in the fire.

Videos posted to Citizen show huge amounts of smoke coming from a small boat completely covered in flames and floating near other boats in the marina.
