Cord Meyer Development Welcomes Chick-fil-A To Queens

New Chick-fil-A is located at 68-01 Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens.

Members of Cord Meyer Development and the Woodside-Jackson Heights community joined Chick-fil-A Northern Boulevard Owner-Operator Aman Mekonen (center, with scissors) to celebrate the opening of the new Chick-fil-A at 68-01 Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens.

Cord Meyer Development recently participated in the grand opening of its newest tenant, the popular quick-service restaurant Chick-fil-A. Known for its freshly prepared food and signature hospitality, Chick-fil-A’s new restaurant is located at 68-01 Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights, Queens, adjacent to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.


“Cord Meyer Development is honored to add Chick-fil-A to its roster of quality restaurant tenants,” stated Cord Meyer Vice President Leasing Matthew O’Grady. “The new Chick-fil-A is in an excellent location. I’m confident it will enjoy great success and make a meaningful mark on the Jackson Heights community.”

According to O’Grady, Chick-fil-A was represented by Inline Realty President Michael Friedman in the transaction.


Beyond Jackson Heights, Cord Meyer Development has been actively signing leases and welcoming new restaurant tenants to its historic Bay Terrace Shopping Center, developed more than 60 years ago from a Meyer family farm in Bayside, Queens.
