Driver, 25, Killed In Crash On Queens Expressway: NYPD

The 25-year-old​ man was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.​

QUEENS, NY — A 25-year-old driver was killed when he lost control of his vehicle, striking a pole on a Queens expressway early Wednesday morning, police announced.

At 1:12 a.m., Andre Beadle was traveling eastbound on the Nassau Expressway in the left lane at a high rate of speed when he lost control and veered off into the right shoulder, striking a metal pole.

Beadle was ejected from the vehicle following the collision, police said.
