Deli manager Angel Rosado witnessed the fight and said told Pix11 News the argument between the two women began in his store.
“Things went left,” Rosado told Pix11. “They started arguing here, they finished outside. Next thing you know, [Storch] was hit by a car.”
Surveillance video obtained by Pix11 implies that Storch was simply an unintended victim as the other woman was Phoenix's alleged target.
Phoenix was arrested Monday and now faces murder, attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon charges, according to police.
