Man Attacked, Robbed In Briarwood Subway Station: Police

One of the men punched the 43-year-old in the face before taking his backpack, which had cash, and all three men ran away, police said.

QUEENS — A 43-year-old man was attacked and robbed by three men inside a subway station in Briarwood last week, police said.

The 43-year-old was inside the Sutphin Boulevard 'F' train station when two men came up to him and told him to leave the station before they tried to attack him on Friday, June 16, about 3:30 a.m., the NYPD said.

A third man appeared and punched the 43-year-old in the face before taking his backpack, which had cash, and all three men ran away, authorities said.

Police released images of the men on Wednesday.
