Man Breaks 60-Year-Old's Arm After Subway Seat Dispute In Queens: NYPD
A man pushed a 60-year-old man after a fight over a seat on an E train nearing the Grand Street station on June 29, police said.

QUEENS — A dispute over a seat on the subway ended with a broken arm in Elmhurst last month, police said.
A man pushed a 60-year-old man after a fight over a seat on a northbound E train nearing the Grand Street station on June 29 about midnight, authorities said.
The 60-year-old exited the train at the station in Elmhurst, and then the other man pushed him out of the door, causing him to fall onto the platform and break his right arm, the NYPD said.

The 60-year-old was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Elmhurst in stable condition, and the attacker stayed on the train and exited at the Woodhaven Boulevard station, police said.
The attacker is about 25 years old, 6 feet tall, and he was last seen wearing large headphones, a black White Sox baseball hat, a black hooded sweatshirt with the word SUPREME on the front, a black backpack, silver and black striped pants and blue sneakers, cops said.
