Man Charged With Murder In Fatal Stabbing Outside NYC Bar, Police Say
Officers found the victim with a stab wound to the abdomen.
QUEENS, NY — A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 35-year-old man in Queens Thursday, police announced Friday.
Guzman Irvin was taken into custody on Thursday and has also been charged with assault, menacing, criminal tampering and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
Irvin is accused of fatally stabbing Jose Reyes, of Brooklyn, in front of a bar located at 675 Seneca Avenue around 3:31 a.m., Patch previously reported.

Officers found Reyes with a stab wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

Defense attorney information for Irvin was not readily available as of Friday evening.
