Man Shot To Death On NYC Street, No Arrests Made Yet: Police
Police found the victim unresponsive on a street in Forest Hills, Queens.
QUEENS, NY — A 19-year-old man was shot to death on a Queens street Sunday night, police said.
The incident happened near 64th Road and Grand Central Parkway in Forest Hills around 7:40 p.m.
Officers found Jean Rios unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said.

He was taken to New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
