QUEENS — A man ran for his life through College Point this month after a wild chase that might have been pulled straight from an action movie, according to the NYPD.

The 25-year-old's race to safety began on Nov. 2 about 10:30 p.m., when a gunman rammed his dark-colored SUV into the young man's Audi Q5 near College Point Boulevard and 22nd Avenue, police said.

The 25-year-old tried to swerve out of the way, but found his Audi pinned between the SUV and a white Ford F-150 pickup truck that slammed into him from the other side, said police.

When the SUV driver jumped out of the car and pulled a gun, the 25-year-old hit the gas and sped away up College Point Boulevard, police said.

The pick-up-truck made chase, slammed into the young man's luxury SUV from behind, and sent him careening into a parked vehicle, said police.

The 25-year-old then leapt from his own vehicle and ran toward 20 Avenue with the truck speeding up behind him, police said.

The pick-up truck hit the young man, but he jumped up and continued to run, even as shots burst out behind him, said police.

The 25-year-old finally ran into a bodega on 18 Avenue and College Point Boulevard and asked a worker inside to call 911, police said.

Emergency responders treated him for a minor injury to his right knee, police said.

On Sunday, police released footage that shows the pick-up truck hitting the victim and the gunman raising his weapon.

One suspect is a man with medium build and black hair, who was last seen wearing a black jacket with a wide white lapel, a black shirt with white lettering on the front, black pans and black sneakers, police said.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
