Man Robs About $900 From Popeyes In Ozone Park: NYPD

Authorities are searching for the man that threatened a Popeyes cashier at 94-00 Liberty Avenue​ with a firearm.

QUEENS — A man robbed hundreds of dollars from a cash register at a Popeyes in Ozone Park on Sunday, police said.

Authorities are searching for the man that threatened a Popeyes cashier at 94-00 Liberty Avenue with a firearm and robbed about $900 from the cash register, the NYPD said.

The man fled eastbound on Liberty Avenue and no injuries were reported, police said.

The NYPD released images of the robber on Tuesday, who is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black facemask, white sneakers, and black pants with white stripes., authorities said.
