Darius Fleming, 30, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after forcing the teenager to have sex with strangers for cash, prosecutors said.
QUEENS — A man from Queens was sentenced to prison after sex trafficking a 14-year-old girl at a hotel in Jamaica, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said Thursday.
Darius Fleming, 30, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after forcing the teenager to have sex with strangers for cash in January 2022 at the Van Wyck Hotel, prosecutors said.
Fleming will be required to register as a sex offender after his release, Katz said.

Fleming and another man accused of sex trafficking, Amor Toussaint, met the girl at the hotel in January, refused to let her leave, and then forced her to have sex with strangers and hand over 30 percent of the proceeds, the district attorney said.
The 14-year-old was also forced to take nude photos and post them online for prostitution advertisements, prosecutors said.

Toussaint later “sold” the teenager to another man, Troy Siddons, for $300 cash, Katz said.
The 14-year-old was rescued on Jan. 23, 2022, at Siddons’s Brooklyn residence, which he shared with another man accused of sex trafficking, Dwayne Pickett, the district attorney said.
All four men were indicted on 15 counts of sex trafficking of a child, promoting prostitution in
the first degree, and other crimes in September, Katz said.
